TRAININGMelandre’s vigorous assistant training program “The Associate Program” enables our newer staff members to work hand-in hand with our senior staff, learning Melandre’s expert technical skills as well as the importance of quality customer service. Our training has proven successful through the efforts of Melandre senior staff members, who have also been trained in-house. Our training prepares our motivated enthusiastic staff become the best in our field.
